Bonus and Promotion Terms
4.1 — Welcome Bonus

4.2 — Wagering Requirement
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times (20x). This means you must wager 20 times the bonus amount before it can be withdrawn. For example, if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, a total of ৳20,000 in wagers is required.
4.3 — Bonus Validity Period
Each bonus offer has a specific validity period. If the wagering requirement is not met within that period, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled. The validity period is counted from the date the bonus offer is accepted.
4.4 — General Bonus Rules
- The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once.
- cz420 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.
- As part of the VIP program, Bronze, Silver, and Gold members receive weekly cashback.
- Promotional offers are available only to eligible and verified account holders.
- If any promotion is misused, the bonus and related winnings will be forfeited.
Gameplay Rules

5.3 — Technical Errors
cz420 is not obligated to pay out winnings that were incorrectly displayed due to a technical error. If a software error produces an abnormal result, that round will be considered void and the wagered amount will be refunded.
